Self care is (not) selfish.
Only
When I care enough about myself, I can fully care about the world
When I try to understand myself, I can better acknowledge the world
When I give myself peace, I can spread it outside to the world
When I ask myself, I can challenge their questions
When I face my demons, I start to understand the world
When I listen to myself, I can hear the silence of the world
When I stop judging myself, I have more kindness to give to the world
When I accept myself, I can embrace the world’s truth.
When I stop limiting myself, I can help the world
When I believe in myself, I can cherish the world
When I am patient with myself, I can be patient with the world
When I accept my imperfections, I can embrace the world
When I stand up for myself, I am able to fight for the world
When I let myself be, I can accept the world in its true wholeness
When I allow myself to rest, I can hear the world
When I go alone, I can be later present for the world
When I give myself love, I am able to give more to the world
When I search for myself, I find the world.
Unfolded and real.
